Our policy

We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Please allow up to 7 business days from date of purchase for your item to ship. It will ship via UPS Ground and we will provide a tracking number.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you shipping instructions.

Knitting machines, Looms and Spinning Wheels

Knitting machines, looms and spinning wheels may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned complete, with all accessories, tools, and manuals it shipped with.

  • Pack the item as carefully as it arrived. We recommend reusing the original packing materials.

  • The buyer pays return shipping and should insure the package for the full purchase price. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in return transit.

  • We inspect each returned item before issuing a refund. Missing parts or damage beyond normal use will be deducted from the refund.

Brand new items are covered under manufacturer’s warranty (90 days for Silver Reed, and one year for Ashford). Contact us if you need to make a claim with the manufacturer.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Yarn and yarn kits

  • Digital downloads, including PDF patterns

  • Opened or partially used kits

  • Custom or special-order items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and the packaging.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item, and we cover return shipping. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved, since the carrier may need to inspect it.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@fiberfizica.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused.

  3. Ship the item within 7 days of our reply and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
